These sets combine the individual hip stretches into a single sweeping movement. This makes them easier and more fun to do, as well as more thorough. Although each position is numbered, the idea is to move smoothly between them, catching all the important in-between positions. Slow down for any problem spot, or return to it after.
The #1 goal is to balance the muscle tension right to left! Pay close attention to where the two sides are different.
