Hip Series

The purpose of this series is to combine the individual stretches into a single (double?) sweeping exercise, making them potentially easier and more fun to do, while being more thorough. Although each position is numbered, the idea is to move smoothly between them, catching all the important inbetween positions. Slow down for any problem spot, or return to it after.

The first goal is to balance the muscle tension right to left, so try to pay attention to positions where the two sides are different.

It is recommended you learn the individual stretches prior to this series.
